Ginseng has side effects?

Use  the herbal  to strengthening the body and treating disease. However, herbs contain active ingredients that can cause side effects and interact with other herbs, supplements or medicines. For these reasons, herbs should be taken with caution, under the supervision of a physician experienced in botanical medicine.

Possible side effects of ginseng are a discreet way. The most common side effects include nervousness and excitement that usually disappear after the first day. Ability to concentrate can be reduced and glucose levels can be reduced to historically low levels. Because ginseng has an estrogenic effect, properly a woman  is pregnant or nursing do not take it. Sometimes we have reports of some serious side effects, such as asthma, high blood pressure, heart rate, and postmenopausal women, uterine bleeding. For many people, ginseng tastes unpleasant.
